Rhonda Caldwell is a Certified Master Life Coach and Therapeutic Art Life Coach, and has been coaching for 15 years. She is the Ceo of Attagirlz19 Empowering Life Coach Service and The AGZ Life Coach Certification and Training Program. Rhonda has a Sisterhood Mentor Program for Girlz ages 13-
18. Rhonda went back to school to get her Bachelor’s of Psychology after being hired for Division of Children and Family Services where she worked from 2008-2018. Attagirlz19 Empowering Life Coach Service is a successful, motivating, empowering, business that teaches and assist young and older women to “Unlock Their Power From Within”. Rhonda knew she had to continue to fulfill her purpose, she travels from state-to-state speaking, teaching, and hosting girls summits.
Rhonda was the Life Coach Instructor and taught Continuing Education for The Life Coach School of Arkansas from 2019-2023. She mentored and coach over 50 Life Coaches over all 50 states.
Rhonda also have the privilege of working with and coaching girls that were sex- trafficked. On her down time Rhonda is volunteering her time in the Arkansas and Atlanta area at Women’s Shelter’s and Change 4 Hope, teaching life skills, and job readiness. She also volunteers her time going into the public schools speaking to youth. She’s pursuing her dream, which is empowering, uplifting and coaching young ladies back to blossoming, and understanding their WHY.
