Jeffrey Gan (FCMI, ACIS) began his career in the field of training since 1992 and over the span of 32 years involved in the training of corporate education, Unit Trusts and Life Insurance Industry Trainer altogether to hundreds of participants throughout Malaysia and Indonesia.
He has been the Head of Training in the life Insurance Industry for over 16 years since 2007 and subsequently specializes in the area of training material development and delivery and has personally involved in the training of NLP programs and workshops to hundreds of sales agencies towards their enrichment of sales and personal development, including the applications and mastery of NLP techniques on the success and excellence of selling, public speaking, leadership development, building self-confidence and problem solving creativity skills.
Having achieved the NLP Master and Certified Trainer from Anthony Beardsell of NLP Excellence Assured, UK since 2014, he is today proud of bringing in the brand of NLP Excellence Assured UK’s program to Malaysia and throughout the SEA region in its specializations on the application of NLP tools and techniques specifically in the field of sales, multi-level marketing business, unit trusts distributers, financial advisory, life insurance and marketing individuals throughout.
