Pelagia Theochari is an active researcher in psychology and organisational behaviour, an author and speaker, and the founder of Pelagia | The NLPist™. Based in Athens and working internationally, Pelagia has more than 35 years of experience in adult education, professional training and personal development. Her career has developed across Greece and Germany, including almost two decades of living and working in Berlin. She delivers professional training and coaching programmes in Greek, English and German.

She holds an MSc in Human Resource Management, completed with a final grade of 90/100, for which she received the Vice-Chancellor’s Prize for the highest academic achievement in her programme. She also holds a First-Class BSc (Hons) in Psychology and will commence an MSc in Clinical Psychology in October 2026. Her research has explored NLP-based interventions in workplace stress and burnout, as well as the relationship between NLP anchoring, perceptual positions, anxiety and stress. She has also completed specialist training in the administration, scoring and interpretation of the MMPI-2. Pelagia is an NLPEA and ABNLP Trainer Member, recognised across NLP, NLP Timelines, Hypnosis and Coaching. She holds international Trainer qualifications in NLP, Hypnosis and Time Line Therapy®, advanced NLP Coach and Master Coach qualifications, and is an ANLP Professional Member.

Through Pelagia | The NLPist™, she designs and delivers professional training and certification programmes in NLP, NLP Coaching, Hypnosis and NLP Timelines. She also provides executive and professional coaching, corporate training, leadership and communication development, personal transformation programmes, workshops and speaking engagements.

Her principal areas of work and research include stress and burnout, emotional regulation, resilience, communication, behavioural change, leadership, professional performance and workplace wellbeing. Her approach combines academic knowledge with experiential learning and the practical application of skills in professional and personal settings.

Pelagia has completed more than 2,000 hours of individual client work, alongside extensive personal-development and professional-supervision hours. In 2026, she presented “Beyond Technique: How Attention and Language Shape Hypnotic Change” at the American Board of Hypnotherapy Conference. Her purpose is to help professionals, leaders and individuals transform stress, emotional overload and limiting patterns into clarity, resilience, confident action and sustainable change.
